45 minuets of hitting consisting of tee work, front toss, soft toss and long cage BP. Analytic feedback review at end of session. All hitters must bring their own hitting equipment to appointment and NO CLEATS OR SLIPPERS. HITTERS MUST HAVE APPROPRIATE SHOES FOR LESSONS.
